How to connect a USB video cature device?
I'm planning on converting some old VHS tapes to digital. I've looked around & figure I need at least a USB video capture card & maybe some software. My question is how do the 4 plugs shown at all the web store sites plug the USB device into to my VCR?
The VCR has the standard jacks.Do they hook up to both the in & out jacks?
Do I need any software or can the editing & burning to a DVD be done using Windows 7 movie Maker?
movie maker sucks but you can as for capture the video one you need a tv video card that plugs into your pci slot on the mother board
then on the video and audio out of the vcr you run that to the input of the video card
next wmm will work however you may want to invest in a great program for edit adding effects video and sound and dvd burning all in one program
