How do i make a wireless spy car with my sony video camera recorder and like be able to see it on a t.v.?

The easiest way would be to hire the special effects and camera people - just like the studio did. That video was captured with a regular studio camera and made to look like it was on a "wireless spy car".
Use your favorite browser and search engine and look for "wireless video".
