Fps Vista
how many FPS and detail level would i run in modern games?
i might have an cpu having:
intel core 2 duo 2.8ghz/3.0ghz
9800gt/9600gt 1gb
4gb RAM
and it will be on windows vista.
how many fps would i run in:
GTA4? crysis? crysis warhead? HAWX? jericho? and please mention others.ps.thanks in advance
First of all get a 9800 GT, it has much more ability than a 9600 GT. For GTA IV since I own a copy, I would say you would be able to run the game with the following settings, go for an E8400 3.0 GHz Core 2 Duo as well, I own one myself. You would only get a Medium Texture Setting, and Medium maybe High Render Quality, and a 25 to 30 View Distance setting. This setup would probably allow you to go up 45 to 50 FPS.
But that is all that I can guess, since I own a 9800 GTX+ Superclocked, so I am only going by original Benchmark settings.
If you have the money go a buy a $210 to $250 GTX 260 Core 216 video card, since there is 216 Stream Processors, and that give you a lot of performance and texture quality, so you would be able to run from 50 FPS on to 60 FPS. It is a very good card to get
