How do You connect a pc laptop to a TV monitor using a Video cable or USB?

I have an older dell laptop but I th TV I have doesn't have the correct outlett to connect the Blue monitor cord. Is it possible to use a USB cable or Video cable or an other cable really to connect it to the tv?
How can I connect to a tv for monitor use with a video cable or usb... My TV has NO VGA connection

Just find your inputs and outputs for your TV and computer and find the appropriate cable.
