Can I buy an approx 23" LCD display that can also serve as an excellent HDTV?

90% of the time I need a 22"+ LCD display as my main computer monitor -- but occasionally I want to use it as my primary HDTV. Should I be wary of any issues? Do you have any specific recommendations or tips?
