While a good Buy the specifications presented. On the other hand, some issues must be raised and answered before buying, like why is it sold? how is it going to be used by the buyer? etc. I suppose you can buy the "best" category of an item does not necessarily reflect on how much you pay for it, but how it meets your needs and use of equipment. I would go for a laptop that can cost twice, but I provide reliability and effectiveness of public services rather than buying a low-cost laptop that eventually you need to add some extras to operate the way you need it.
