Fps Vista

I need help fast. It involves my FPS on WoW and my video card and Vista's bullshit OS.?
So my video card is a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE Nforce 430 and no matter what I do my FPS is really low anywhere in the game; I've searched for driver updates but as far as I know it's because Vista is a load of what a Mac is made of; shit. Any tips or "guides" for fixing this issue. I'm raid heals so I'm kind of a big deal ;D
I had the Nvidia Geforce 6200 lol. I don't know if they're the same or not but when I ran WoW for my bro it was good fps. But I was using Windows Xp. Maybe you should try getting a different card or install Windows Xp. Good luck
