my computer screen is awful color monitor?
help i need help fixing my monitor color i tried un pluggin it from the back and noo the same thing and i tried control panel setting and no still and the setting on the monitor no itss really urgent ... !
One thing to check is the VGA monitor plug. Unplug the monitor cable and look at the pins in the plug to see if any are bent or broken or even pushed back into the plug. Without them all making a circuit you end up with things like only 2 of 3 colors working on the monitor.
The brass pins are fragile and bend or break if you don't get the alignment right. If a pin is bent or pushed back into the plug then get someone with needle nose pliers to gently straighten it or pull it back out the same length as the others(sometimes successful). If it's broken then it means the whole plug needs to be replaced by a tech or someone good at soldering..
