What are my options if Police wont stop youths attacking my home at night with missiles?
Objects throw bottles,eggs,footballs and stones.
Occurs between 10pm and 4am monthly.
Damage to windows,paintwork and flowers .
Youths are aged under and over 18.
5 CCTV cameras on my home.
Know the names of the youths who are involved.
Subject to verbal abuse meeting these youths.
I live and let live.

Outside of having your own security force it sounds like you have done the right stuff so far. CCTV is rarely high quality enough to prosecute, but if it is then you can have a criminal case brought against the kids by the DPP (department of Private Prosecutions), or sue them in the civil courts...
However those methods are expensive and take a long time... Personally I would call the local paper to inform them of the problem, show them the evidence and tell them how the police have responded so far. Local rags are ALWAYS looking for stories (my gf writes for one) and it sounds like you have a good one. There is nothing in the world that lights a fire under the police like bad publicity and a good story in a newspaper will do just that.
